for my wife here the clothes are the best. juts a couple of months ago she puchased here a summer dress, and it is really good. U can see right away that the quality stands out, feels like silk and looks so elegant... the service is top nontch from the customer support to the clothese themselves...she also bought some accessories, i dont even know the names for them heh:)

I had a bottle of perfume that was not working anymore - I have been supported by customer service in a very helpful and friendly way - they told me to send the bottle to their offices, they kept me informed and told me they will send me a new bottle, as the spray device did not work properly. So problem solved! Thank you customer service of Prada/ L'oreal (L'Oreal is distributing the Prada perfume)!
