It's a trustworthy company with great software and awesome customer support, they reply quickly i don't know why the others are having issues with this. They reply very calmly and politely even if i am bothering them with stupid questions on how to use the software explained already in the manual (it's freakishly big and hard to understand sometimes). You can bet your money on them. Software is great and has everything you need to create a track even without external vsts and programs, of course you'd want to buy more instruments and refills later, Reason + has a great collection of samples and presets and loops available too - over 20 000. Only problem i had is when i upgraded to reason 12, it's crashing and lagging (Reason 11 worked flawlessly, never had a problem before this), already contacted them about it.

Great software, zero support.
Bought Reason for use as a VST Rack plugin. There's some amazing synths in there, but I've waited over a week for any sort of reply to an issue with compatibility. Be warned - racks made with the 30 day free trial will be incompatible if you buy the Intro version after the trial. Managed to fix it myself by copying out the presets, but it was fiddly. Just be aware that if you have a problem, you might be on your own. Not the case with other companies who develop music software...

absolutely no customer support. i reached out to them about my licensed product being in use by someone else and showed them proof that I have the software in hand fully intact and want to know how to fix and they blocked my account and have not responded once. horrible company
