These are truly most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I love Psudo shoes. Not only are they comfortable, fashionable, versatile, they give great support to your feet! for running, walking, jumping. The best part about Psudo shoes is you can slip right into them! No tripping over laces. No tying & un-tying laces. Laces are annoying. Psudo shoes are quick & easy, just slip right in. They are Made in USA. Very important to me. To buy locally made, well made products. Supporting local American workers, who are paid well for their work. No slave labor. Local made reduces your carbon footprint. No shipping 1000's of miles. Psudo shoes are made with recycled materials! I tell everyone I know about Psudo shoes.

I'm obsessed with Psudo

I'm obsessed with Psudo! The fact that I can help the environment by alleviating plastic waste? Sign me up! Obviously buying from a newer online retailer can be a but scary. I've had issues in the past myself, but found this process seamless. I had an issue with sizing due to the shoes running in whole sizes, but Brittnye made the process for exchanging so easy for me. I was having issues with their return portal, but she kindly took care of the whole transaction for me, without a constant back and forth. The shoes themselves are so comfortable and easy to maintain if you follow their care instructions. I'm obsessed with the fun colors and I can't wait until they put out more.

Customer service doesn't answer for a week and then is unaccommodating. I never received my package and instead of trying to help, they put the onus on me and gaslit me for not reaching out in time. Stay away from this company.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Apparently if you buy shoes at the sale price you can't send them back, even when they don't line up with arch right and it hurts your feet. Therefore I'm stuck with a pair of unwearable shoes. I'm convinced they know these issues and that's why they put them on sale to get rid of them. I could be wrong and I was excited for their supposed reason for doing what they do and in the USA and then bam they hit you with this. Small businesses wonder why be buying cheaper from other countries and this is why. People here like them would rather screw you over than to make a good name for themselves and stand behind their product! The kicker is that they won't even allow you to leave an honest review. They blocked me on all social media for leaving honest feedback and it wasn't even this harsh. Strictly factual to not buy at sale price bc you can't send them back and how the show hurt my foot and they still won't take it back. THAT is the only reason why they have so much positive feedback....they delete the negative. If you can't take the negative then DO BETTER!!

Looks great, Breaks Apart

These shoes were great. After wearing them 20 times, the top separated from the sole. I emailed Psudo Customer Care- their response. (Apparently, I need to get better glue than the one Psudo used or buy a new one with a discount code.) Good Morning Elle, Happy Wednesday! Thanks for reaching out. We're so sorry that this happened.
