I love Punchdrunk. There is nothing like it Superb customer services, superb productions, easy location, great loyalty to long-term members and in Viola's Room, another fantastic production If you haven't seen a Punchdrunk, you haven't lived.
Good show but property was damaged
Good show, but unfortunately I had to leave my shoes (pretty new ones) to get in and when I got them back they were damaged. I've reached out to Punch-drunk about this twice but they haven't replied
Coattails of their early success
Coattails of their earlier success. Have had some great experiences at Punchdrunk but Lander 23, though a fun concept is rushed, unpolished and commercialised. One hour thirty minutes is the slot time. This was made up of being in the bar for 20 minutes paying for drinks on our experience time, 15 minutes of them half explaining the concept, around 45 minutes in the actual experience leaving 10 minutes back in the bar to spend more money on drinks.
The worst chaotic customer service going
Booked tickets. They rescheduled. Nothing works with the refund, the email to complete my booking never arrives, 4 emails to the book office, no reply, no one on the end of the phone. What a joke!
Violet’s Room was a scam
Violet’s Room was a scam. I loved The Drowned Man—that was immersive, bold, and unforgettable. This? Empty. No actors, no story, no tension. The set looked like an afterthought, cheap and lazy compared to their past work. It felt like Punchdrunk is coasting on its reputation, cashing in while delivering nothing of substance. What used to be thrilling theater has turned into a hollow, boring shell. Don’t waste your time or money.
