15+ years of Pure Romance!!
I have been using Pure Romance products for over 15 years. Their products and customer service are the best in the industry. The greatest difference between Pure Romance and other companies is the personal consultants. They’re not all created equal, obviously, but keep looking til you find a good one (who’s taken advantage of their trainings and certifications and is committed to good business practices!) and you’ll be happy you did! My consultant has never led me astray, and will even encourage me to spend less money if she knows I’ll be happier with something less expensive. Or, if she knows a product isn’t the best- she won’t even sell it to her clients. Pure Romance also has the best bath & body items that are pH-balanced and not animal tested, made with high quality ingredients. They back their products and their customers. On the topic of shipping, I’ve seen so many reviews complaining about it— you must understand that if you are able to get your products at the party- it’s bc the consultant has prepaid the shipping out of her own pocket for your convenience. And then she often has to pay again to ship some items to clients. These women are independent businesses- not Amazon. I’m happy to support my consultant so she can help take care of her family while providing me and SO many others with priceless info that many people are lacking— AND amazing products. And if you’re not happy with your experience or products, call Pure Romance directly and the corporate offices will make it right. I’m a Pure Romance customer for life.

I wanted to say the Dry Powder spray is awesome. I ordered more. My husband has cancer and it helps with his exsesive night sweats. The tanning cream works too. Nice color.. I love the company.

I was so excited after a few years of not being able to afford my favorite perfume I finally had some extra money to be able to afford to buy some Basic instinct. Only to find out , something has changed ! It smells different and after maybe if your lucky a hr . Before I would have men climbing over each other to get to me . Now a hr later ask one to smell my wrist and they smell nothing that to me is so crazy ! And absolutely saddeningi! I purchased 2 bottles so I could have enough for at least a year or better ! And now prob gonna throw both in garbage ! Why mess with something that isn't broke"??

Only giving you a 1 because it seems like pure romance has practiced the standard “shittification” of their good quality products to a cheaper version. I used to love love certain products from pure romance and their HeLi line, and so when I was living abroad I rarely used the product as to not run out. Now I’m back in the US and stocked up my favs, then I compared them and find out they are completely different. The lavender and camomile used to be so creamy, and made my hands so soft ( I know because I still have the old bottle) and smelled so so good, and now it smells very basic, is more liquid, and even a different color. Surprise surprise, the ingredients list has some alteration. Dirty French was “my scent”, and now the dirty French I just purchased smells like a different perfume. At least I just so happened to make my purchase during an 80% off sale. Honestly, sale price is what these products should be worth now, not the original products price.
