We've been partnered with Rapidscale for about 6 years now, and we rely heavily on their expertise when it comes to Active Directory, Puppet, and general AWS changes, monitoring, and projects. Having a dedicated Account Manager and Senior Engineer are crucial in our day to day. We treat them as an extension of not only our Infrastructure & Security teams, but of the company in general with all of the value adds they offer. A few small things have fallen off since being acquired by Cox, but they're good at addressing any shortfalls quickly and accurately.

We were provided MS 365 license service, support and backup though RapidScale. Last year I would agree with most posters that they are about a 4 rating. However this scoring has gone downhill fast as they now want to charge extra for support (which is their worst feature) and billing is horrible.
