Not ever. I have been sent from WhatsApp to Facebook to email like a fool while they PLAY GAMES and waste my time. Every message is another excuse. Another lie. Another attempt to shut you up instead of fixing the problem. This is TEXTBOOK SCAM BEHAVIOUR. NO legitimate company operates like this. NO honest business withholds basic documentation. NO real service provider treats customers with this level of disrespect. If you are reading this and thinking of signing up — DON’T. You will regret it. I am still waiting since December 2025 for my PS5 to be delivered. I was successful with my application and they told me that I will be sent a waybill but that never happen. They also told me that I will only get my item in February. Don't know what is the reason for this delay. When I went on their app, it showed me that there are no stock availability for this item but at the time I did my application, it did not show anything of no stock. No refund received
Tried purchasing a ps4, was asked to make a deposit first, after they took my money I got a declined email on the 29th Nov 2025 advising the refund will take 6 to 12 working days, emailed them after the 6 to 12 working days and no response to date, reached out to there support, payments, verifications team etc and Zero response back not even a explanation, not the first appalling experience I'm having, guess they just take people's money. Day light Robbery for such a big company that is still allowed to operate.
