Fantastic Staff Fantastic Servic
My husband fell from a ladder. We went to A&E and we were very impressed. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. My husband was prioritised for triage as he had hit his head. He was x-rayed and examined. His numerous leg wounds were dressed. They wanted a CT scan on his head because of his medication. The whole period was five hours. It was only this length of time because of the length of time it takes for the CT results to come through. Thank you to all of the A&E staff.

Visited the muscular skeletal physio clinic in broad green. Was seen by Jess, didn't expect much from them as my doctors physio was pitiful and didnt really help, just told me he'll send me for an x-ray but didn't expect anything from it, so why send me? 😂 Anyway, waited 5 mins, saw Jess and she went through a tonne of questions, tests, stretches, all the while being professional and polite and full of knowledge. She was absolutely excellent, I've never once had an NHS appointment of this caliber before, it felt like I'd paid for this. Mind at ease, diagnosed and have exercises to complete, a big step in the right direction, had definitely raised the bar of my expectations. Thank you Jess, you were brilliant. Paul

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the respiratory clinic at the Royal Liverpool Hospital, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. Under the care of Consultant Patricia Yunger and Health Care Assistant Jessica, I received one of the best consultations I have ever had in my many years of hospital visits. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Dr Yunger's expertise and compassionate approach ensured that I felt completely cared for. Her thoroughness and attentiveness made a significant difference, providing me with confidence and reassurance throughout the consultation. Jessica, the health care assistant, was equally outstanding. Her warm demeanor and efficient assistance greatly contributed to the smooth and positive experience. Together, they exemplify the highest standards of patient care. I would like to express my deepest gratitude, respect, and appreciation to Patricia and Jessica. Their dedication and kindness have truly made a lasting impression on me. I wish them all the very best in their careers and commend them for their outstanding service. My mum has been in the royal with pneumonia and urosepsis. She's been on ward 8D room 7. All the staff have been amazing. Nothing is too much for them. I'm incredibly grateful to each and every member of staff for the way they have cared for my mum. The doctors have made sure that every detail of her illness has been investigated and answers found. Happily my mum is able to return home today and that's thanks to the hard work of all the staff as when she was admitted to hospital we weren't sure she would be coming home. You all deserve a medal.
Fantastic endoscopy service
What a fabulous service from start to finish, in a state of the art hospital. I’ve worked for 30 years in the nhs and the service I have received by Dr Tim cross, Dr Britton and his team was amazing. The care was fabulous and I am eternally grateful to all of you for your support. I felt safe, supported and cared for. There was a couple of hours delay, but I feel that, as I was well informed and this was unavoidable, it’s totally acceptable and understandable with all the patients they have to care for. Thank you all for today and for your care and professionalism you are a credit to the NHS.
