Quality product and EXCELLENT customer service!! I recently bought a pair of snow boots. Came with a slight fault of a tag on the tongue being slightly unstitched, but otherwise a perfect product & customer service provided and processed a discount refund for the fault in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
Shocking customer service and robbery
Ordered a puffer coat and wasn’t happy with the design so returned within 2 hours of receiving on the 03-Dec-2025 received at the warehouse on the 05-DEC-2025. I’ve emailed customer service numerous times and keep a getting a generic reply of please wait 10 working days which I have. Now no response from them as it’s ticked over the 10 working days. I’ve had to raise the issue through the payment platform I used and they are receiving no response. No telephone number for the UK, I am pretty sure there is no actual person manning the customer service and it is just a bot who takes certain phrases and responds and sometimes what they say doesn’t correlate to what I have asked. Not sure if I will get my refund of £88 which is very upsetting as it was bought with birthday money but really bad service I won’t be ordering from them again.
