Good data provider- really good customer service
Clearly the below reviews are not about this company The company provides data for prospects and researches prospects that you can not find or are out of date I find them reactive, quick responsive The chrome/ linkedin plugins are useful. Yes we get some bouncebacks on emails- but it is to be expected and every provider will have this! To be transparent we use 2 of these data providers in parallel so when this doesnt have the person- the other will and vice versa If you are focusing on the US market- this is good. Europe they are not as strong ( in our sector anyway) Customer service is really good I we have found- in fact the customer account will book in a call every month to discuss issues- to be fair we have not done this every time but if there is something needed- there is a platform User for over 3 years now without any major issues

I do not know about the product yet because I will use it after several days. But the company employees are willing to help the customer if there is a problem with their product. Especially thanks to Chelsea Flores, Samantha Craig, and Connor.
The data is inaccurate
The data is inaccurate. Only about 10-20% of the software is inaccurate. When we reached out to them, they said to provide a list of data, and we did, and they sent back essentially the same list. When it came time to renew, we said we weren't because the data was inaccurate. They gurantee 90% accuracy so I provided the data to them and never heard back. The instead decided to sue us which I will be glad to have a judge rule there data is inaccurate so I can post it on a press release.

this company will literally spam the life out of you. I never signed up with them, I opted out from any contact and yet they keep calling and emailing, calling and emailing. It's relentless, terrible business practice.
Deceptive sales practice with sales…
Deceptive sales practice with sales person stating Zoominfo buys their database contacts from them. After being on both platforms I can tell you that is not true. Zoominfo quality of leads 100% stronger. Their direct dial contacts are weak with almost no one I’m looking for available. Research on demand is a joke, they give up after 5-10 minutes usually. Training was rushed and unhelpful. Unresponsive to issues with the platform, caused us a lot of headaches, we paid them for absolutely nothing.
