DNB has destroyed what was Norway’s best bank. Fees have gone up, customer service down and the new app is terrible.

What where they thinking? They had a great and intuitive app, and now they give us THIS? I can't even figure out how to pay my bills. All basic functionality is now gone.

This bank is ruined by DNB. They have removed everything that was great, including the online bank.
Horrible service after DnB took over
Horrible service after DnB took over. Been happy customer customer since 2000 until DnB took over. Impossible to get accounts closed. Impossible to get through on customer service phone (been waiting 25+min repeatedly, w/o result). No service via mail, just referral to phone... No option to raise cases securely via app. No option in Norway to raise "Forbruker" complaint via e.g. Forbrukerrådet.
