Easy to Use VPS Service
I have been using them since November 2023 and haven't had many issues. The couple of times I needed to contact support was for expanding my VPS resources and then fixing an access/ip address issue after updating the server OS. All in all, it's been a good server hosting platform. I had to learn a few things once I started the VPS as I migrated from a GoDaddy managed server to me doing it myself, but now it's in a good state and hosting 2 websites and a database.
Great servers and support
I started to use cloudfanatic over a year ago and my experience is great. I have use my servers for many difference things, Vpn server, dns server, website hosting and more. The servers are fast and you get a lot of bandwidth. The support is great and fast. I currently have 5 servers and nothing to complain about.
Great interface, fast server, easy to setup
I saw bad reviews about their support, at the moment I haven't experienced any issues yet and haven't gotten a chance to 'need' their support; interface was straightforward, the logins they sent worked, I was able to set up my VPS without issues. This one's one of the cheapest I saw online and I honestly don't expect exceptional support, therefore; if you know what you're doing then I think they're bang for the buck.

They are fantastic value and their servers are fast! I have kept a 1 core and a 2 core for a couple years and you cannot be the price. Yes you need to know how to install and configure a lot of it from the Linux command line - but outside that they are incredibly good.

I've been with Cloudfanatic.net for years. From way back when they were known as servercheap.net They are worth 5 stars for me. They may be 1 star for you .... let me explain. If you know your way around the Command Line Interface and have some experience working with servers then you will be at home with Cloudfanatic. If you are looking for automated setup with support for questions like, "How do I make a web page so people can buy stuff" THIS IS NOT THE HOSTING COMPANY FOR YOU! You get what you pay for......I don't want to pay for all the bells and whistles of the cost of hand holding. If you submit a ticket it will be answered. If its not an emergency issue select medium priority or less. They will spend a bit more time helping you if your don't flag every issue as an emergency. I see allot of neg reviews on accounts being canceled. Pay your bill! pay it on time! They will remove your server quickly if its not paid. I wen't on vacation and forgot to pay for a server with them once. Came back.....gone. I don't blame Cloudfanatic for this.
