I don't understand the low star…
I don't understand the low star reviews....I was astounded by how much they helped me... Gave me 60 full days to see if I liked my boots, decided to return for a refund for another pair and it was the easiest process ever. If anyone has tried to return a digital product like a video game...you know what I'm talking about. It doesn't matter it's 2 different entities. I received the product for up too 2 months and they took it back. I can't even return a video game after 5 min of playtime if I started the game...they are a truly good company don't let the reviews fool you!

Living across the pacific you are weary when buying online. The website is very easy to navigate, delivery prompt. The items ordered were good quality. Shirts and jeans excellent fit.

Really smooth process from start to finish, with prompt order confirmation and tracking number. Packaging was excellent for its trip overseas and the bag itself is amazing!
