I've used Sherweb for almost a year now. Created and managed almost 100 Google Admin accounts through the platform has never had an issue. The interface could be a bit less janky, but other than that- Highly recommended.

This company has seriously gone down hill. We used them many years ago and they were amazing. Like you mentioned, they did a great job providing partners with support. They were always there to provide support and they were there for everything. However, now, they are shady. They lie to partners and they really only want the money. They don't care about you at all. Not to mention, they sell direct to your customers right under your nose.

Avoid at all costs — disastrous experience for partners This has been one of the worst support experiences I have encountered. A simple request — adding flexible licences to a Google Workspace account with existing annual licences — has dragged on for over three days and still remains unresolved. What is a standard and straightforward process when dealing directly with Google has turned into a nightmare with Cumulus. I have been bounced around between customer service, sales, and billing teams, only to then be completely ignored when I asked for an update. The result? I am now in the unacceptable position of having to tell a long-term client that I cannot deliver the licences they require, unless I pressure them into unwanted annual contracts. This is both unprofessional and damaging to my business. To make matters worse, support is only based in the US/Canada, leaving UK partners like myself facing even longer delays. If you value your clients and your reputation, steer clear of Cumulus. Their incompetence and lack of accountability will cost you business.
