Very good experience with this online shoe store. I just received my Ugg Adirondack boots. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. They also arrived a lot sooner than I had anticipated. I was very happy with my online shopping experience with ShoeMetro and will shop here again!
Can't fault them
I purchased a new pair of boots from Shoe Metro recently. I was unsure of the sizing (US to UK), but customer service could not be more helpful. My order arrived within a week! (International delivery) and everything was perfect. Furthermore the price of the boots was a massive saving compared to UK, and shipping was surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of shoes (dress sandals) and was sent the wrong pair (sneakers). They increased the price of the shoes by $12.00, and I told them that I did not think it was fair that I had to pay an additional $12.00 when it was their mistake. They did not respond. I complained to Amazon, and only then did Shoe Metro respond saying there was a UPC error that should be corrected in 2-3 business days. I waited and reordered the shoes because Amazon offered me a $12.00 credit on my account. Shoe Metro sent the wrong shoe again. Amazon advised me not to reorder, refunded the money paid for the shoes, and told me I could do what I wanted to with the shoes. Amazon also stated that it would do an investigation and cease doing business with Shoe Metro. I emailed Shoe Metro, and its response was that the department that handles those errors must do so in order the best they can in a timely manner. They obviously forgot their earlier response about correcting in 2-3 business days although over three weeks had passed since that time. I ignored all of the negative reviews and ended up being hoodwinked as well. Please do business elsewhere. Shoe Metro has no sense of customer service or professionalism.
