Every year I am foolish enough to…
Every year I am foolish enough to purchase from this company and every year their items are on back order for 3 months…the people that work there are usually rude or arrogant and I am just tired tired tired of telling what they are doing wrong and them not changing. Better to just leave all together at this point and shop elsewhere. 2 stars for their unique curated collection, but good luck on the receiving end.

I have shopped there for many years Have even gone out of my way to go to the café in Pennsylvania A recent experience of chasing down a replacement for a broken Christmas light that I received has been horrific it is the day before Christmas Eve and I of course still don’t have the replacement. Literally, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life It was not the employees it is the company itself the lack of communication The lack of respect and regard for the fact that people are spending their money with them and are entitled to some kind of decent service I will never EVER shop there again The one star is for the employees that I dealt with
Customer Return of items I did not order - POOR Customer Service Outcome
Bought one item & received 4 . I did the thoughtful responsible honest thing & wrote them . All they did was send me a return slip by e-mail requesting the 3 back and “ have a nice day “ . I had to print up , pack , and do not live near a UPS but my husband will drop off at one near his work place . No offer was made to have it picked up at my house . This was SHOP TERRAIN’s RESPONSIBILITY not the Customer’s fault . I filled out a Review sent to me from them on their Customer Service . They need to improve but I will not purchase from them again
3 months late, they ignore refund request
I ordered something for Christmas in October. It is now Christmas eve, I have finally received a response from Bandi in customer service, ignoring my request for a refund, she wrote that they expected the item to be in stock on January 6 and would send it to me then. It is of no use to me then. I want a refund. I have bought from them in the past - and bought a gift from them for my daughter this year too, which she received - but never again. And customer service addressed the email to my daughter even though my name is part of my Gmail address and the account is in my name. Just appalling.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I submitted a claim for a broken pot on 12/4. The email confirmation said I would receive a response within 72 hours. It is now 12/13, and I have not received a response back. I’ve tried calling and emailing their service lines, and that has not done anything to help. I’m currently sitting on hold waiting for a customer service representative to pick up the phone…it’s already been 30 minutes.
