Avoid at all costs
I would probably use them again, but only if there was no other IT company in the entire world and my grandparents (who are over 80 and have no idea about technology) had passed on and could no longer ask them. People usually say they would rather stick needles in their eyes but not me, no. I had technical support from Silverbug and would now rather stick nails in my eyes. Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend more money on another company coming in to fix what they mess up.
