sl is complete disgrace. Unreliable, expensive, and disrespectful.
SL is hands down the worst transport company in the world. In my personal opinion, it is a disgrace to the entire country of Sweden. There is only one consistent thing about this company: constantly broken lifts, out-of-order escalators, and canceled trains and buses. It is absolutely impossible to plan your day when everything is constantly canceled. For instance, today on my line, the train has been canceled since early morning, and neither the escalator nor the elevator is working. How on earth am I supposed to get to work? How am I supposed to make any plans? The buses are just as bad. Yesterday, I was riding a bus, and the driver literally hit a pedestrian crossing sign and just kept driving like nothing happened. Honestly, I shouldn't even be surprised, considering that the instructor training him was just sitting there scrolling through TikTok on his phone. If there were any way to completely avoid using this company, I would do it in a heartbeat. I used to look down on people who jump over the turnstiles, but now I feel like they simply have no other choice. We need to stand up and force this company to start respecting its passengers, because right now, they see us as a wallets, not as human beings.

Worst public transport I have ever experienced!! We waited 30min for a bus to catch the boat to the archipelago that ended up not stopping at the bus stop for us?! We ended up not going because we were waiting at the bus stop for one hour! What is wrong SL?!

It’s shit as it gets!!!! It was supposed to leave in 2min and the bit*h decided to go a bit sooner. But hey no biggie, next one at 5:37. Oh btw it’s 1:45 right now
Horrible transportation
Horrible transportation. Busses get cancelled with 0 notice and the SL app doesn't work half the time so you can't even check. Do better, smh.

If i could give a 0 or negative i would. I am a danish student I and started commuting 3 days ago. The information i got was that i should active it before and at the machines to pass through. I got lost on my way home and ended up at a station in the middle of nowhere and there was no machines. I entered the train as nobody else were beeping in or doing anything. All of a sudden i am surrounded and cornered in a corner in the train by 4 big ticket checkers ( i am a petite small young girl) They spoke in swedish and as a danish i had a hard time understanding. I tried answering the best i could but it was hard and i dont think i fully understood. They then forced me to give my ID and did not explain why. I asked and they said they just wanted to look at it to see if the ticket was correct. Next thing i know they printed out a fine and said that i am forced to pay 2000SEK to the swedish state. I was still in chock and asked why and the reason. They told me that i should have checked in the yellow machines at the station. When i went to switch to my connected train i noticed that they followed me, i took the opportunity to ask where the yellow machines were. They could not find them and said that the machines oftest are in the station and thats no excuse. THEY COULD NOT FIND THE MACHINE AT THE STATION I WAS AT THAT. DESPITE THAT ITS EVIDENT THAT MY STORY WAS TRUE AND THIS WAS PROOF THEY STILL WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT. They refused to talk to me after and instead said to complain to the company. I have now talked to SL and will update you on what they say. I have contacts in journalism and newspaper and have no issue getting this out. If anybody else have been wrongly handled by the ticket checkers please contact me
