Apparently, it’s acceptable to post a biased review in favor of a business you own, but not to share a genuine negative experience. Additionally, this company employs questionable legal tactics. They send intimidating letters with no real legal standing—poorly written, missing legal disclaimers, and improperly served. In their attempt to accuse me of defamation, they resorted to personal insults, labeling me “childish” and “morally repugnant”—which is ironic, given that such statements could be considered defamatory themselves. The lawyer also made the mistake of revealing that this business operates under both an LLC and an INC, which has significant legal implications. If my review continues to be suppressed, I will ensure my experience is shared through other means that cannot be silenced.
