Horrible company
Horrible company. Very designer unfriendly. You spend days uploading and creating your shop and without mercy they put all your designs on rejected. Without a valid reason. That they still have shops is a miracle. Very unhelpful and negative. Too bad I spent my time on that.
Horrible customer service and UI
Horrible customer service and UI. They never respond with a satisfying answer neither by chat or email. And the descriptions written in their articles are very confusing. These and the agents' answers sound different, and I ask them again and never reply to me back.... I waited for just one single simple answer on the chat for hours and hours.. and the agent one-sidedly cut the conversation. Can you believe this? They take out commission from our sales!! I felt like the WORST day super frustrated. Because I needed to have my shop on Youtube I chose this platform, but if I didn't need to, I'd never NEVER chose them.
Premium quality items my backside
Bought a tshirt and a hoodie with a well known dj as the logo - website claimed it was “premium” materials, and at £28.49 for the tshirt and £37.99 for the hoodie I’d expect them to be premium for a “no name” item. Horrible quality items, could have bought the same 2 items at the local embroidery shop for £22 combined (minus the logo obviously) that would be much higher quality. Hoodie had crappy stitching at both sleeves and the tshirt was just very thin and not very premium feeling. 100% would not buy from there again. Absolute rip off.
Avoid this one
Very arrogant people there. You upload your logo / design, they refuse it, and you would not get any reason why. Instead, you lose your status to something called "lost in space". There are thousands of links with all the fine print you should read... but you are also invited to contact their legal department to explain why they refused your logo / desing! Should it not be vice versa? There are plenty of other POD services out there... Spreadshop (and Spreadshirt as well for that matter) are definitely not on my list anymore.
