Here's a review I wrote for stamped.io based on the usage for last 1 year.I don't why there's multiple reviews that points the negative but I can clarify it's the best tool you can use for post purchase Review: While go through their review system it works perfectly for both paid and free user's. Their Pricing plan's started from $0 when renewed each month that can be carried up to who run a store less than 50 orders and you can shift to 23 plan when when having more. It comes with multiple integration s, checkout reviews, sms reviews and more Loyalty: consider on loyalty program, there's no other who offered better features even for started with free plan who carry less than 50 orders. Basics features with no limit in user's, redemption, offers, task. Cons of loyalty: Pricing starts from 59 and this might be bit different who having More than free tier but their net sales are lower. Overall it's a perfect option who needs to provide a better service for users Thanks!
Clunky and poor customer service!
We have been using stamped for some time and find that the software is very clunky and does not sync very well to our shopify store. The Customer service is honestly the slowest I have ever had to deal with! Every time we have to do a theme update we are always left with having to reset the software and get certain coding resynced. Trying to get Stamped to help is the painful process! We have been using them since we started and feel we would have had a better service with another company like Judge me, had we used them from the start.
