Starrez is a terrible site for a college/university housing and residence life information database. It's not user-friendly. It's super frustrating and has a million bugs. The app signed me out of it and couldn't log me in after I talked to customer service and the representatives at my school. There's so much useless information and characters that don't make any sense. Wouldn't recommend using this application/service for your college/university at all.
