First class personalised customer service provided by Habib when we were looking for a Used Car in Chislehurst. Offered us a selection of vehicles, very knowledgeable of the features of different models, and accompanied us on a test drive. A refreshingly enjoyable experience!
Con Artists
The call centre tried to con me into an annual service add on item (brake fluid) that didn’t need doing. They quoted me for both but didn’t tell me they’d lumped it all together or there was a choice not to have it done, they just said the annual service will be £… When I checked online the service was £80+ cheaper!! I called the call centre back to complain, and they refused to deal with my concern. It makes me wonder if they are trained to mislead / trick you into the upsell. What if I hadn’t checked? what if I was a pensioner with no access to the website? Shame on you, you’re ripping people off and hiding behind call centre staff.
If I could give minus stars
If I could give minus stars, I would. This is the second car I’ve bought from Stellantis & You, and both experiences have been incredibly disappointing. My previous car (also from them) developed major electrical faults and other issues after just 4,000 miles and two years. I ended up selling it back to them at a £14,000 loss. Hoping for something more reliable and safe, I bought a brand new Citroën C3 2025. Just 1,000 miles later, the car won’t start. The RAC is currently towing it back to Stellantis & You with over 30 faults, including loose live wires that aren’t connected to anything — simply spare wires left exposed. Once again, I’ve been driving a dangerous vehicle for far too long. As usual, Stellantis & You have been completely unhelpful. They seem more interested in shifting blame than resolving the problem. I’m already pursuing a case with the Motor Ombudsman and taking legal action over the previous car, yet they still show no urgency or care. Buyers beware: They’re very friendly and helpful when you’re purchasing the car, but after-sales service is nonexistent. Unless you’re prepared to escalate to the ombudsman or take them to court, don’t expect them to replace or properly fix your vehicle. I genuinely wish I had never bought from them.
Do not buy a Peugeot
Do not buy a Peugeot! After paying off our Peugeot finance in full earlier this year (via Stellantis) earlier this year, we now find that our car is still showing as being subject to finance, and therefore impossible to sell. Presumably this also still comes up on credit searches in our names also. We’ve contacted Stellantis to resolve this issue but to no avail. Absolutely shocking and I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company. After owning French cars for over 25 years, we’ve now purchased a car from a sporty Spanish brand and they have been absolutely amazing. I will never go back to Peugeot.
No one answers phones at this location
No one answers phones at this location. I had to call 10+times to get and answer just for a lady to tell me to call back tmr because her system won't let he book appointments. We'll the next three days calling I finally get an appointment. The repair: a DRL I should of repaired myself. I came in with a DRL lightbulb of my own on a whim, which turned out correct because they don't stock them there even though they could of told me that over the phone. Just for a guy to install it in the good lights position.....which he then claimed both were bad and need replacing. So I had to drive back home and grab the other bulb. God knows there about to charge me 400+ for this £hit.
