Die Qualität der Ware ist absolut kontraproduktiv. Lieber bezahle ich mehr Geld für vernünftige qualitativ hochwertige Produkte. Das ist immer noch besser als Geld für absolut minderwertige Ware zu verschleudern.
Lieferung nicht erfolgt weil unterwegs beschädigt
Meine Bestellung von hochwertigen und teuren Würzsaucen wurde gar nicht zugestellt, weil auf dem Hinweg zerbrochen. Seit 7 Werktagen ist der Shop nicht in der Lage, die Sendung neu auf den Weg zu bringen. Weder beim Shop noch bei Sugartrends gibt es ein anständiges Beschwerdemanagement-es kommt einfach keine Antwort. Auch wenn die Ware noch kommen sollte, werde ich da sicher nie mehr etwas bestellen.

Ich habe am 13.09.2023 eine Banküberweisung für den Kauf eines Babynests getätigt, nachdem ich das Geschäft kontaktiert hatte, das das Produkt verkauft hatte. Dieses bestätigte mir, dass ich die Überweisung durchführen konnte und dass sie tatsächlich mit Sugartrend zusammenarbeiten. Am nächsten Tag, nachdem die Überweisung bereits erfolgt war, erhielt ich eine Nachricht von der betreffenden Filiale, dass Sugartrend nicht kreditwürdig sei und der Artikel nicht verfügbar sei. Ich kontaktierte Sugartrend sofort für eine Rückerstattung und erhielt eine ziemlich schnelle Antwort mit der Bitte um meine IBAN, die ich sofort zur Verfügung stellte. Und seitdem (15.09.2023) keine Antwort mehr. Ich habe keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Und muss jetzt leider rechtliche Schritte einleiten!

Insolvenz angemeldet im Frühjahr/sommer 23, kann passieren, leider wurden die Händler hier sehr geprellt und lange im Dunkeln gelassen, anschließend kauft der Geschäftsführer mit neuer Firma den Laden auf und betreibt es weiter, Händler haben Ware versendet, Sugartrends hat das Geld erhalten und 3 Monate nicht bezahlt. Bitte Finger weg - Insolvenz angemeldet! War als Händler auf der Plattform. Jeden Monat musste ich um meine Abrechnung bitteln. Dann kam nicht wie im Vertrag vereinbart, nach dem 15. des Folgemonats mein Geld, sondern Wochen später. April und Mai das gleiche Spiel. Immer wieder Ausreden und Lügen, aber keine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme möglich. Vor ein paar Tagen dann die Meldung, dass sie Insolvenz angemeldet haben. Mein Geld von 3 Monat Umsatz ist weg.
