System is unreliable

This is the second time this week that the unit at the most important door to our building is not working. Neither the PIN nor the facial recognition opens the door. I called earlier this week and have submitted two tickets. No indication that anything has been done. Also, and very importantly, the Swiftlane system is built so that if there's an issue, the customer has to report it. Imagine trying to get into the building in an emergency? Or having to stand outside in freezing or rainy weather? It's incredible that Swiftlane doesn't have system monitoring! If you are looking for this kind of system, keep looking! High initial cost PLUS monthly fee - for an unreliable solution.
