I CALLED TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY SAID THE DRIVER CANCELLED BECAUSE HE DIDN’T WANT TO COME! I SAID WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS?! YOU/HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST CALLED ME TO SAY THE TAXI ISN’T COMING! “WE ARE A COMPANY WITHOUT CARS IN YOUR AREA.” I HAD RECEIVED THE SMS BOOKING. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Avoid this company at all costs. Taxis in Stockholm used to be a dream. This outfit is run by Cowboys straight off the boat , dangerous driving, extortionate charging, rude and aggresive
Never came to pick up
Never came to pick up our parents after preeboked service and even called same morning to check and confirm. After not coming: ”Sorry, we do not have any car available”.
Do not use their services!
Have taken the TaxiKurir (number plate PJP851) from the central station to the hotel that should be 10 min. drive. The driver took us around the town and charged 477 SEK. I have complained to the customer service online though without any response so far. It is not possible to call their customer services and get an answer. Do not use their services!
