Buyer Beware: Team Mitsubishi Hartford

I feel Team Mitsubishi Hartford agents made misrepresentations about the car I purchased on July 2, 2023. I was not informed that the car was sold “as is”, and there was no full disclosure about the poor condition of the car. I filed a complaint with the DMV and they were fined for missing documentation, but to date I have not been reimbursed for the money I spent correcting issues found immediately upon taking possession of the car on July 3rd. In fact, I have not received a response from Team Mitsubishi to my letter requesting reimbursement in the amount of $2,180 for replacement of 4WD coupler, two rear tires and alignment, and third-party diagnostic tests. I have had to constantly reach out to Team Mitsubishi in person and by letter regarding my issues but have received no satisfaction.
