TechBuddy provided decent service, but there were some significant issues that affected the experience. I never received an invoice or reminder, and it suddenly escalated to Inkasso, which felt unprofessional. While the service itself was fine, the administration and communication could be much improved to build better trust with customers.

Never received the invoice for your service, not in my email nor in my mail, not even a reminder. And all of a sudden I recieve one from Inkasso... Good way to take an extra comission.
