I recently bought 2 Ted Baker bags and I love them! Very cute!
Paid for next day delivery ,and after…
Paid for next day delivery ,and after using their ted bot service to try to get some information where my parcel was l gave up , ,eventually an actual human being emailed me and said due to unforseen circumstances said it would arrive in up to 5 days .To be fair they refunded me my postage cost without me asking .Package was being delivered by EVRI ex HERMES! Their tracking service is useless ,Parcel turned up 5 days later and left on the step outside in the rain ,nobody knocked. If l had known EVRI was the delivery company l wouldn't have bothered .Moral on the story is check the reviews .
Horrendous Experience
I ordered some men’s slippers. They were not true to size. I never have a problem ordering shoes online but they were so small they weren’t even close to fitting. They had also clearly been worn before (probably by other people who found they weren’t true to size either) which isn’t nice for a product that’s not been made to be washable and the box arrived damaged. Despite complaining, I then had a pay to return them. Having made the journey to the DPD drop off I found the QR code Ted Baker had sent didn’t work and had to contact customer services for another and make another trip out to return the item. Overall I’ve been charged twice for shipping and had hours of my time wasted and the only apology was sent by Tedbot. I now understand why they went into administration.

If I can leave no stars I would. This company does not care about the customer. I ordered a black crossbody straight from the Ted Baker website. The crossbody had the embossed writing on the front with a striped crossbody strap. However, the purse I received looked nothing like the purse I purchased from the website. Instead of the emboss writing, the purse they sent me has a silver plating on the front that said Ted Baker. Also the purse i received came with a Bloomingdale’s receipt. Like I said earlier I ordered straight from their website. I reached out to their chat system and the agent told me that I 100% received the right purse it just may “look different in certain lighting” and that a replacement could not be sent because it’s not guaranteed I’ll receive the correct item. I spoke with another agent who told me the same thing. They gaslight their customers. Sad part is they know they dropped the ball on my order but they have not tried to resolve this issue. I will NEVER purchase from these scamming fraudsters again.
Terrible Returns Experience
Returned an unwanted Christmas gift that was successfully delivered to the Ted Baker depot on the 30th of December. I patiently waited from the 30th of December to receive my refund, however after SEVEN working days, didn’t even receive a confirmation that my return was even with Ted Baker. I had to chase them on the 10th of January to have my refund processed, which is a shocking level of service, as I have absolutely no faith that if I wouldn’t have chased this up I would have ever received my refund. Very poor experience.
