Fiber till vårt hus har fungerat bra i många år och installationen ganska bra. Tyvärr kan inte samma sak sägas om den senaste verksamhet som påverkat oss där man olovligen orsakat skogsskador och lagt ner ledningar utan vår vetskap eller godkännande.

Undvik om du kan. Mycket oseriösa och uselt tillmötesgående. De grävde på vår tomt och återställde ej efteråt, var väldigt otrevliga och hotade sedan om att inte leverera fiber när man står på sig om att få det åtgärdat. Fick hjälp av flera mycket bra kontakt hos trafikverket som samtliga bekräftade att det som Telarco höll på med både var olagligt och ytterst oprofessionellt. De drog lögner till trafikverket som uppenbarligen inte var sant (vi hade bl.a. bildbevis och inspelade samtal). Telarco hade bl.a. svarat upprepade gånger till trafikverket att de skulle åtgärna, men även ljugit och sagt att det hade blivit åtgärdats, vilket trafikverket fick bekräftat från oss att så inte var fallet. Trafikverket ställde till sist ultimatum om att Telarco antingen skulle återställa till ursprungligt skick eller bli anmälda och betala räkningen för att trafikverket skulle återställa istället. Då fick de tummen ur och återställde snabbt som attan, de kom redan dagen efter. Så mycket bråk och otrevligheter som varade i över 1 år pga något som tog mindre än en halv dag att åtgärda. Varning för detta oseriösa, otrevliga och opålitliga företag!
