After having been sent a defective Radio One, I experienced very helpful and thorough support from Teufel. The replacement worked perfectly, as expected. It has great sound and is intuitive to operate!

Sadly, since Brexit, it's more difficult to source Teufel products in the UK, but there are still options if you're willing. My latest purchases, a Teufel One M, Streamer and Kombo 62 are all up to their usual standard, and fortunately apps and manuals are still available in English. One slight gripe is the rather tardy support, they do get back to you, but it sometimes takes a week or more. Overall though, highly recommended.
