Catalyx Community not responding to emails
I joined the Catalyx community and everything seemed to be going ok they kept in touch on a regular basis and I completed one of their research projects. The problems began when I had completed the project and was expecting payment; email stopped and then I was informed that I had already been sent payment and to check my junk folder. Nothing had been received and after weeks of emailing was told they would resend the link but nothing has come through and are now totally ignoring my emails. I am not sure if they are inefficient or something else is going on. Today 13/7 the Catalyx help team sorted the problem out and I’ve been paid. Thank you also Christoph @ make opinion.com for your professional input and assistance.

Shocking! I’m waiting for a significant incentive payment and anlm being either ignored, or if they deign to respond, fobbed off by ‘in the next few days’. AVOID this company. Fraudulent and have no respect for their ‘audience’.

scam artists......every time at the completion of their surveys it pops up survey full.....avoid at all costs
"Sorry, we've reached our maximum number of responses . Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of your time for nothing".
This company never credits people who complete their surveys. They have to be the biggest fraudsters out there. I've spent way too many times fully completing a very long survey about new food products to be told at the end, after about 40 minutes "sorry, we've reached our maximum number of respondents". I'd recommend boycotting Plantastic, Mr Kipling, Batchelors, Oxo, Saxa, Smash, Sharwoods, Soba, Vesta, The Spice Tailor, there's a lot more companies they own, but we have to do our part to stop them. You can Google them.
