No communication with overseas customers

I emailed a question regarding an issue I had 2 weeks ago - they STILL haven't bothered answering. The Website fully operational and still trading. I'm receiving emails about offers or just being spammed every 2nd day, I saw a 20% offer so thought I'll buy a few bits. I added 3 different face sponges, 2 eye sponges, the primer and a face palette. I was gifted a free brush set, a free set of eye sponges and 20% off. After going through the whole process and getting to check out, adding address - it finally informs me that they aren't shipping overseas. 1.5 hours I was on that site and at no point could they even be bothered to put a banner across the top to let over seas customers know not to waste their time. So apparently communication with customers is way down their list.

I order 3 weeks ago and been waiting…

I order 3 weeks ago and been waiting for my delivery. Today I received a letter saying that I have to pay £28 for custom fee and other charges otherwise my parcel will be returned to the sender. That’s ridiculous because one of my friends got her parcel without paying any penny while I have been asked for this amount. Do better with your work. Customer service is slow and donor replay. They don’t care unfortunately it was my first and last time. I will make sure to tell my friends and family about this SCAM company. Not helpful at all....

Worst beauty company out there.

Absolutely shocking service, placed an order on black Friday, 2 weeks later they tell me my address is invalid (it wasn't, I double checked). So I changed it and then again the same message only now they tell me they have cancelled my order without even letting me change the address or try to solve the issue. I asked them if I could replace the order with some compensation and I then recieved an email back telling me I need to 'check the punctuation' in my email but no other comments about the service I recieved. Maybe if they had spent more money on future proofing the business instead of sponsoring the beauty queen and not being able to cope from her influence they wouldn't have so many bad reviews.
