I’m so happy I called this company!
After taking a year to decide on a massage chair, I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience today. From the very beginning, the salesperson I worked with was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. What really stood out to me was the trust and integrity he showed throughout the process. He treated me with respect, listened to what I had to say, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and I truly appreciated it. I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase, but honestly, the exceptional customer service made the experience even better. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a massage chair, especially because of the care and professionalism I received. They price matched Costco and unlike Costco offered white glove service. Putting together an extremely heavy chair was something worth what they charge. They also verified that the manufacturer warranty is absolutely included which is a relief when making an expensive purchase or as I’d like to think of it, an investment in my overall health. Daniel made the purchase and delivery of the V9 very easy. The Ceragem V9 is still in it’s box and strapped to the pallet in my warehouse. I am still very happy with my Ceragem massage bed that Dr. Pinkhasova MD NMD recommended that I purchase from Dr. Gary a few years ago. I have used Dr. Pinkhasova’s V9 and I am very impressed. I highly recommend Ceragem Massage Beds and Daniel Le has made my purchasing experience enjoyable, like business used to be. I am a long time Daiwa owner believing whole heartedly that Daiwa is the stand alone quality brand in massage chairs. The sales person on my last Daiwa purchase (a couple weeks ago) was hands down the best. He reinstalled my faith in Daiwa and did a fantastic job taking care of both past and present concerns.
Great experience
Daniel went above and beyond in helping my husband and I purchase a Daiwa massage chair. He was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I asked a lot of questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. We’ve had our Legacy 4 Daiwa for a couple of weeks and are loving it so far.
