We bring our grandkids once a week to the muse . Their ages are 3 and 6 . We all look forward to coming . I usually stay with the 3 year old and my husband stays with the 6 year old . They love it and plays for couple hours . One of their favorite things at the muse is with Jake the tech guy . He makes his classes so fun . Wonderful with all the kids . Our daughter just got another years membership and we couldn't be happier
I booked a mentor for the first time to…
I booked a mentor for the first time to review my resume. It took days to hear back on scheduling. I had to contact support to get the mentor to contact me to schedule the time/day. After few days, we got a video call set up and she answered the questions I had about tailoring resume to each job and I told her more about myself and jobs I'm looking for. She then asked me about the format of the resume and shown the one she got. She then said that she will redo my resume and send it to me on Wednesday. She had sent it today (Tuesday) and there are so many errors on my resume. Like the company name is wrong for one of my jobs I held and for another the job title is wrong. Honest review, I'm never this service again.
Terrible Experience.
I've used this service twice - once for resume help and the other for interview prep. The coach I hired for resume help was very unorganized and unresponsive despite the reviews she had. I think the reviews are biased as there was no option to leave review for her after working with her. She repeatedly failed respond to respond to my emails after our initial session. She only responded once I got Muse involved. She blamed it either on her assistant or because she was in the process of moving. The second coach I hired was for interview prep. After I purchased her service on Tuesday, she also failed to respond to set up a time even after I had reached out to Muse for assistance. She also had high reviews. How are these coaches so well reviewed when can can't complete basic tasks like contacting their clients to set up the initial session? They would not refund me for the package I bought with my first coach but they did refund me for my experience with the second coach and they offered a complimentary session, which was appreciated, however, they only offered me a few select choices for the comp session and neither would work for me. Suggestion to the Muse: Let your ALL your customers review your coaches and allow your customers to see the coaches schedule prior to having to purchase a session or package.
