Projekte scheitern oft, da die Prioritäten falsch gesetzt werden und Missgunst die Arbeitsatmosphäre prägt. Die Work-Life-Balance für Freelancer gibt es nicht, und das Vorgesetztenverhalten lässt zu wünschen übrig. Besonders der Mangel an Führungskompetenz und die fehlende Transparenz in den Prozessen sorgen für Frustration. Trotz interessanter Aufgaben und einer soliden Bezahlung bleibt der Teamgeist auf der Strecke, während das Image und die Qualität des Unternehmens mehr und mehr leiden.
