Sono stato in questo hotel , quasi al centro di modena. Trovato da mia figlia che vive a modena. Sono stato con mia moglie per quattro notti, buon hotel. a mio parere silenzioso, con posti auto, pulito, il personale cortese e la colazione. Veramente da elogiare, di tutto e di piu', dal dolce al salato e le tortye poi tante e di tutti i gusti. Prezzo buono e sicuramente a giugno a ritorno da un percorso termale ci ritorno per altri giorni a modena. grazie, lamparelli francesco.
La peggiore spa. Sconsiglio
Purtroppo non potrei dare più di una stella sia per il personale disattento ,sia per la spa in se. Inizio dal fatto che ho prenotato la spa per il mio anniversario del matrimonio (16.11.24), e ho anche scritto nella prenotazione che è il nostro anniversario. Di solito andavamo in montagna o nei posti caldi dove ci hanno sempre fatto gli auguri oltre le sorprese. Penso che fare gli auguri è proprio la dimostrazione dell'attenzione per il cliente che in questa spa è assolutamente ASSENTE! Quando li ho contattato per il what's app facendoli notare la lore grande disattenzione, mi hanno semplicemente detto che non li succede mai....Sinceramente non né voglio né posso capire perché erano i nostri 5 anni e purtroppo per mancanza dei giorni siamo stati costretti programmare qc su 2 piedi e partire la settimana prossima. Quello che riguarda la spa trovo assolutamente non igienico la vasca mediterranea dove non ci sono neanche le docce per asciugare il posto dove ti siedi e dove stavano seduti prima le altre persone che hanno sudato....Ci sono solamente 2 bagni e poi solamente negli spogliatoi e 3 docce per tutta quella gente....Tutte le saune ecc non sono isolati bene e perciò se uno vuole rilassarsi ascoltando la musica rilassante di fondo come dovrebbe essere, non lo può fare perché si sente il casino delle piscine. Ci piacciono tanto la spa e ne abbiamo girate tante sia qui che all'estero e questa è la peggiore.... Poi non sopporto la maleducazione, se uno si presenta come il dottore, avvocato, professore (c'è un motivo, no?) con quale coraggio ti rivolgi come signore o signora???? Ci hanno semplicemente rovinato l'anniversario.... Mai più.
