Tokidoki Good Experience via Website and Retail
I've been a big fan of Tokidoki since around 2011 and purchased from their website back then. After a while, they didn't ship to PH anymore not until last year or earlier I think? I maybe wrong but I see a popup that says good news, it now ships to PH. In between these times that I don't purchase online, I was buying from a local novelty store whose owner does buy from CA before. All items are legit and authentic indeed. For a while, Tokidoki also became available in a PH mall. I also always bought before. Quality of the items are really good. They also have good collaborations with other brands. It's a collectors' item every item! While it is not a luxury brand, it is like in the premium brand category due to its pricing. Last year, I was able to get items again via the website. While still all good - great items, good quality, lovely design, ok pricing ... I would say the only concern I have is, the calculated taxes/customs fees seem to be way too high. It totals the whole amount of the items + shipment cost and those are all part of customs fees that we pay upon checkout. I hope they do adjust this and not include the shipping cost as part of the customs fees calculation. Other than that, my experience has been really good. I love Tokidoki and will definitely continue to buy from them.
Tanked Quality
Been buying bags from Tokidoki since their opening and their stitching and materials have been flawless... until recently. The past two years every few releases they replace the liner of the bags with cheaper nylon fabric yet do not disclose that in the listing nor the pictures, it's just a surprise for the same price as the more expensive silky lining. More recently their stitching has become atrocious. Upon messaging their customer service about this, with pictures of comparable perfect stitching on the exact same model bag, they responded that the stitching "was normal and not defective". Quality has completely went downhill yet prices keep going up.

Big fan of tokidoki but their customer service isn't the best. I received a 2023 tokidoki calendar as a Christmas gift and it was missing the stickers. I reached out to tokidoki and they wanted proof that it had been brought, which was awkward because it was a gift, but I have them proof of purchase. Because it wasn't purchased directly via them they wouldn't help at all. It really wouldn't have been hard to sent a few stickers as a gesture of good will/to replace the missing ones (which regardless of where it was brought was clearly manufactured by themselves). Puts me off buying their products in future.
