Great customer service Every time I have an issue with really anything I almost always get a helpful person from customer support. I had an issue with my accounts. I reached out to stop step customer service through email. At first I was given the run around but once I called in I was connected to Hollie B she was so sweet and helpful and she took the time to really hear my concerns. When it was all said and done I was awarded a refund on my accounts and they threw in a complimentary reset account for my troubles. She really went above and beyond and save top step a customer because had they not have done right by me I would have took my business elsewhere where. Thanks Hollie B 😊
