I purchased a Cartier watch from Tourneau a few months ago and I chose to pick it up from their store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California. The watch is as described. I am very happy with Tourneau and will definitely recommending it to others.
Horrible customer service
I’ve visited the Roosevelt Field Tourneau location in NY several times, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing — particularly from an associate named Sofya. She’s been dismissive and unhelpful on more than one occasion, making me feel unwelcome and judged. The experience lacked the professionalism expected from a Rolex Authorized Dealer. Thankfully, I’ve since purchased a Rolex from another AD that treated me with courtesy and respect. I won’t be returning to this location.
