i did not order a newsletter from Travelsmith...they just suddenly appeared. when i go to UNSUBSCRIBE the page says ACCESS DENIED.
By far the worst experience of my life
By far the worst experience of my life. I missed my original flight and tried calling the airline who told me they could try to do it with no charge; however, they couldn’t do it since travelsmith is primary. I tried calling and emailing my travel agent, Jamie Falkinburg. I was emailed back telling me to call the 800 number. They rebooked me on another flight and charged me while knowing I had to be checked in 1 hour prior. I had 2 representatives disconnected on me while trying to rebook my flight. This number was provided by travelsmith who absolutely have no concern for privacy or your concern. What should have been 4 day vacation which I paid roughly $1500 is now a 3 day vacation. I felt like I was robbed. I do not plan on ever using them or recommending Jamie Falkinburg. The minute they get your money you’re on your own. They are the definition of an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the headache and money and do it yourself or go to a bigger travel company. Worst experience of my life.
Very bad customer service
Their customer service is really, really bad. And, it costs about $10.00 for S&H and if you want to return the item, it's another $9.00! So, nearly $20.00 to try on an item of clothing??? Never buying from them again.

False Advertising
Clothing items often only available in small or X-small, even in a newly arrived catalog. Or items are backordered by at least a month. Travel Smith, if you know you are not able to fulfill orders on certain items, stop advertising them.
