Staff was extremely helpful
Went to rent a 4 x 5 trailer. Staff helped with lighting for the trailer, and I was given a free trailer hitch. The employees at the Smithtown location were top notch.

1296 E 74th Street & Superior Ave Cleveland OH This experience gives me a creepy feel just as though I were using this van to transport illegal aliens into the US. At least that's the feeling that I get from the documentation transaction that occurred with this rental. The owner was not sufficiently able verbally explain and go over the contract in an understandable way. Technical understanding and verbal skills don't coordinate to a smooth experience for customers. He did not provide ANY paper documentation; even when requested. I went under the mileage estimate. The vehical was returned in 2.5 hours. I was not shown ANY onscreen final cost estimate when vehicle was returned. I would guess the owner would say that this was a paperless transaction This is a very shady way of doing business. Potential for fraudulent charges and more. I do not recommend this location. Bad professional demeanor.

Is this a uhaul scam? We have 4 uboxes that were picked up on Tuesday and on Saturday we recd this call. They said one of our uboxes is to heavy abd we would need to empty some contents, well we are 24 hours away at out desti ation. They said they tried to call on Friday and yes we did not receive any calls. They said the only other option is we get one more ubox and they could move some things to that unit? Is this legit or trying to make xtra money? They never said there was a weight capacity and how would we weigh it ouselves?
