I am writing to file a complaint…
I am writing to file a complaint against Ultracor regarding a recent purchase that has not been fulfilled. I placed an order for leggings on February 24, 2026. As of today, it has been over a month, and I have not received my order. Additionally, I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, which appears to be their only method of customer support, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased product is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a consumer, I expect timely delivery and at minimum, responsive customer service when issues arise. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been unacceptable. At this point, I am requesting assistance in either receiving my order promptly or obtaining a full refund. I also feel it is important to report this issue to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar problems. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Nadia

Nothing new to add from the other comments. I placed 2 orders and never received them, and could not get in touch with customer service after many attempts. Ultimately my cc company had to get involved. It’s a shame because there are no other leggings like these.
Ordered leggings on December 1 , 2026, still no merchandise March 26, 2026.
I first purchased Ultracor leggings when they were still carried at Neiman Marcus. Fell in love with them and purchased others from Neimans. Then Neimans stopped carrying them. I made an order from the Ultracor website a few years back and got the order no problem. About a year and a half ago I ordered two pairs of leggings and a jacket. I did not receive them for months and trying to work through their non existent customer support was pointless. Tried calling but phone number does not work. Finally I located an email address for the owner of the company, Asha Kai, and emailed her. The next day customer support contacted me and said I would be receiving the items in the next two weeks. Lo and behold they were delivered. I then noticed that almost every day I receive emails re new merchandise on sale. I took a chance thinking the other experience was a one off and ordered on December 1, 2025 two pairs of leggings for a total of $231.40. The money was taken from my account. I patiently waited the 45 days plus and nothing. Tried to get through customer support, nothing. I then tried contacting the owner and she did not respond. I sent another email to the owner and her partner, Michael. Both emails were read and suddenly I received an email from customer service claiming that they were sorry and suddenly had received the materials for making the leggings. Right! They said they hoped they would have them out to me in a week and a half. That was on February 9, 2026. It is now March 26, 2026 and no merchandise. I sent an email again to the owners asking for a refund of the money that has been taken from my account with no merchandise sent. No response. I tried to get my bank to credit my account back but it is more than 60 days and they will not do anything. I wonder if that is why Ultracor insists that merchandise can take 45 days OR LONGER to get made. Based on reviews from others this apparently is how the business now runs. I would bring a small claims action except it would cost me more money and good luck getting them served and to pay me back. Instead I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies. My recommendation is steer clear from purchasing anything from Ultracor.
Run from this company
This brand has completely fallen off. Order placed. No delivery. No updates. No response from customer service after multiple attempts. This is not a delay, it’s taking payment and then going silent. Quality has dropped, prices have increased, and basic customer service no longer exists. If you expect to actually receive what you paid for, do not buy from Ultracor. Based on this experience, there is a serious risk you won’t get your order at all

Same thing that everyone else is saying - ordered a single pair of leggings in November, and asked for an order update in January. The response I received was definitely a bot, and after many follow ups, it’s just radio silence. It’s upsetting because I do love their leggings, and I have ordered from the website before (a few years ago now) with no problem. Super frustrating considering they are my favorite leggings to workout in and wear day-to-day.
