High Hopes, Part I
I had really high hopes in ordering as these arrangements pictured are similar to the high-end walk-up florists we have in the city. However, the flowers that arrived were nothing like the bouquet pictured -from the actual flowers used in the bouquet to their overall condition (which was poorly). Additionally, the vase I upgraded to was broken. I was given a credit for the order and will give them another shot. Look for High Hopes, Part II...

I ordered a $140 double bouquet for my daughter’s graduation, the delivery didn’t get on time , the flowers I received were warm, the petals were bruised, and fell apart upon touching the stems. I wanted 2 in one bouquet arrangement so I could give it to her on her graduation

For the second time
For the second time, my twice monthly order of cut flowers from Urban Stem arrived with at least halfof the flower already wilted. I will attempt to contact them by email. If it happens againI shall discontinue my standing order for twice- monthly bouquet.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Trusted this company with a very important gift for a big moment in my life, asking my sister to be my maid of honor. I spent over $200 (after a discount) to send her a large bouquet and a bottle of wine with a message asking her to be my MOH. When you view the bouquet online, it gives you the option to add a bottle of wine. I assumed, as I feel the average person would, that this means the wine would be sent with the flowers. Unfortunately that’s not the case. They send them completely separately. What is the point of “adding on” an item to your bouquet for it to arrive separately? That was absolutely not made clear when I placed the order. They charged me $37 to ship the wine, which I assumed was an additional charge because alcohol comes with additional shipping restrictions. I was willing to splurge for it since this was such a special moment to me. I could’ve door dashed her some wine for significantly cheaper if I realized it would come separately anyways. On top of that, I scheduled my delivery for a day when I knew she’d be working from home. There was a box you could check on uncheck at checkout to note if you’re open for early delivery. I unchecked it to note that I was not okay with early delivery, but they attempted delivery a day early anyways on a day when she was not home. I contacted customer service and they basically said sorry but too bad. They couldn’t help and they didn’t offer me anything to make up for the deceptive practices or soured experience. Will not use this company again. Wish I could’ve delivered something to her myself but we live across the country from eachother, so I trusted this seemingly reputable brand with this important moment. I won’t make that mistake again.

So sad my children wasted their money on these flowers. Flowers were limp, dried out, if alive roses were all brown on edges. Appeared to have been in box too long with no moisture. Only green leaves looked good.
