Excellent Customer Service
Never bought a Hyundai car before and called in the Newcastle Silverlink garage off spec. We were greeted by Paul the Sales Manager or General Manager we suspect and he handed us over to a young Salesman Will. We told Paul and Will will what we were looking for spec wise and we were directed to a Kona Ultimate ex demonstrator. Will showed us everything this car had to offer and it was exactly what we wanted in a car apart from the colour. Will was absolutely excellent and answered all our questions and was not overly pushy and listened to us all the way. Will even managed to get the price to our budget and gave us all the time in the world to contemplate during and after our test drive. Will was very reassuring to us of there after service and in fact the branch had just won a global award for customer service. The colour was the only thing holding us back and unfortunately it was something Will could not resolve for us but we believe if he could of he would of. We informed Will we would have to go home and think about it as parting with thousands of pounds is not something we would do on a whim. Will informed us he would call us on Monday as they were closed on Sundays which he did but we unfortunately missed the call. Unfortunately we bought the car from another garage due to the colour of the interior leather and we feel so guilty as Will really deserved the sale. What Will did was convince us to become a Hyundai customer and we look forward to getting our car and I hope Hyundai recognise what a brilliant member they have in there than in Will.
SIMPLY AMAZING!
We have just purchased our third car from Vertu Sheffield and cannot rate them highly enough. If we could give them 10 stars we would. My husband was involved in a serious car accident a week ago, we rang the day after it and made an appointment to see Ross Flavell a couple of days later. When we met Ross, he was simply outstanding. He listened to us and really understood our needs and was incredibly empathetic to what we were going through following my husband's car accident that was not his fault and is being dealt with as a total loss write off non-fault. We picked up our new car two days later, bringing us both huge peace of mind that once again we had a fabulous Toyota Yaris. We are convinced the quality of the car saved my husband's life or serious injury. Ross and the team at Vertu Sheffield really pulled out all the stops. Every single member of staff is a credit to the company and to Toyota. It honestly does not feel like you are being given the hard sell - which has been our experience every time we have bought a car from this dealer. We were recommended by a colleague to go to them and have never been disappointed. We will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen. The other thing that we found out when seeing Ross, is that we had taken GAP insurance out on our car that was a total loss write off. We had totally forgotten about it and Ross and his colleague reminded us of that, which has meant we were able to claim the amount back to the original amount we paid for the car, instead of the current market value. The GAP insurance is the best £379 we have ever spent and I would recommend all buyers of new cars consider it, because it's one of those insurances that you hope you never need, but then when you do, it can make all the difference financially after a bad car accident. Especially when that accident is not your fault. Anyhow, I'm going on now, but if you are looking for a new car, consider a Toyota and consider going to see Ross and his colleagues at Vertu, Sheffield - you will not regret it.
