I am vivelacar customer over 3 months and I can tell that I have been very satisfied. The booking process was very clear and quick. The brand new car was delivered into my place without any hustle. I am happy customer.

I subscribed to a car through a company called ViveLaCar for about a year. During the subscription period, the company requested that I switch vehicles once, which I did. When the subscription ended last month, I prepared to return the car. However, ViveLaCar informed me that the return procedure had changed and sent me a link to a platform called DriveMe. They stated that the maximum cost for the vehicle return would be €249. But when I accessed the link, the return cost displayed was €599 instead. I contacted ViveLaCar again to clarify the discrepancy, but they replied that it was no longer their responsibility and advised me to deal with the dealer directly. When I contacted the dealer, they told me it was actually a matter for ViveLaCar, not them. Left without support, I had no choice but to return the car on my own. It’s now been a month since I returned the car, but I still haven’t received my deposit refund. I have sent multiple emails to ViveLaCar, but I haven’t received any response. Recently, I visited the ViveLaCar website and discovered that the company name had changed to X-Mobility. I reached out to X-Mobility, but they responded saying they have no affiliation with ViveLaCar and that all refund-related inquiries must be addressed directly to ViveLaCar. They provided an email address for someone they identified as the "Directing Manager" of ViveLaCar, but when I sent an email to that address, it bounced back as invalid. I urgently need to recover my deposit, but I now have no valid contact information—no email address, no phone number—for the company. As a foreigner, it’s very difficult for me to resolve this issue on my own. I am sharing my experience here in the hope that others facing the same situation might be taking legal action. If so, please include me as well.

Completely untrustworthy company. I would advise against renting a car from them! They don't return the deposit even though everything was fine when you returned the car.

I returned my Abo car on November 11, 2024, and nearly three months later, I still have not received my deposit back. Despite calling four times and sending multiple emails and messages, I have received no response or resolution from ViveLaCar. This level of service is completely unacceptable. A company that offers subscription-based services should have a transparent and efficient refund process, but instead, I feel ignored and frustrated. I would strongly caution others before signing up, as their lack of communication and failure to process refunds raises serious concerns.

Warning: Vivelacar Auto Abo – Delayed Refunds and Deceptive Practices

I rented a car from Vivelacar Auto Abo at the end of September and returned it in perfect condition. Despite this, my deposit has still not been refunded, even after more than three months. I have sent approximately 12 reminders via email, but my inquiries have been ignored. After researching further, I discovered that I am not the only one who has faced this issue. Many other customers have reported similar experiences with delayed refunds or no refunds at all. To make matters worse, after my repeated complaints, the company has disabled the Google review section, preventing others from leaving reviews about their experiences. This behavior is not only highly unprofessional but also deceptive. Vivelacar Auto Abo seems to actively avoid accountability and transparency, which is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid this company entirely. If you value your money and time, do not risk dealing with them.
