My five stars are for George at customer service . I bought the 100 year coat 2 years ago but found it was letting water in , I got soaked! I was of the understanding that I'd never need any other waterproof, this was the best. So I emailed and George replied with a few simple instructions on how to remedy this. Nothing worked to he sent a postage label and I returned the coat for further investigation and a new coat was swiftly dispatched to me! Great communication and fast service! Fingers crossed this one lasts me a lifetime!
