You buy an expensive Neato robot vacuum (Vorwerk brand) so you can program it. But since updating their servers is too expensive, they shut it down. As a result, you end up with a budget robot. I was going to consider a Thermomix, but I'll have to rethink that! Not just disappointed, disgusted. When they sold it to me, the $1000 price tag wasn't a problem for them!

What a shitty company. Buy a robotic company only to shut it down, and leave users with a now not so smart device. I am selling my Thermomix who knows, maybe in a few months this crap company will remove all functionality from this as well, making it a 999$ blender. Don’t you dare promise me something else, you promised Neato until 2028, only to give me the finger a few months later, and shut down Neato servers. Don’t buy products made from this shitty company, they will screw you over. The worst part, they won’t release the source code, of the neato robotics so it can be open sourced, probably because they use it for their Kobold robot, but really then they could just port us to that platform form. A very shitty move, from a shitty and greedy company. Causing perfectly working vacuums into waste! Shame on you!
