I ordered business cards from them and horrible work. they cut off some of my one letter and told me it was my fault because i had it too close to the border. even though on the proof i signed and agreed to didn't show anything partially missing due to how close my email address was to the border. They refused to fix it told me i had to reorder them and corrected my work.
I ordered 3 cases of paper
I ordered 3 cases of paper. Every day that I called to check on the status of delivery I was given a different excuse as to why I hadn't received the order. Final straw was when the delivery driver claimed his box truck was too big to make it into the neighborhood to make the delivery. Lame excuse. Ended up cancelling the order. Do not ever order from them.
Ordered what I thought was going to be…
Ordered what I thought was going to be a next day delivery or that's what the purchase agreement said and waited 3 days when I finally wrote WB Mason and a service agent said he'd look into why the order hadn't arrived. He finally got back to me a week later after I'd already cancelled the order and informed me that the company does not deliver to residential addresses. I run my photography business out of my home as countless others do and saw nowhere on their website that they do not deliver to residential addresses. Do not use this company they are incompetent at best and dishonest at worse.

Ordered some Pete's coffee pods and it was expired by 2 months. They proceeded to tell us that the expiration date really doesn't mean much. How professional.
Worst company & Customer Service ever!
I placed an order in January. No one contacted me, nothing was delivered for a month. I called in, was assured I would be called back and it would be sent out. Next thing I see is that my order was canceled. It's now 6 weeks later, so I call in again and get the logistics dept and am told I will get my order within 3 days. Nothing comes. My order has been showing as "Delivered" for weeks now. Still nothing. Emailed again after 10 days. Where's my order. Oh, we can't send it to your location. (This could have been said 2 months ago, when I ordered.) Your refund is being processed. Several weeks go by, nothing. I email again. Now I get a response from a 3rd person, who says they will get back to me when the refund is issued. It's been a month. Almost $100 order. ZERO customer service. I'm still waiting for my money. (Emailed again today.) This company sucks, plain and simple.
