Still no response from Wehkamp. Sorry other parties do a much better job. Update: After leaving a message on Trustpilote I received a phone call and was helped promptly - new product organised, refund and an extra discount. From 1 star to 3 - nevertheless the experience allover was not great but the aftercare is recommendable.
